All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

The services that Bits and Bytes Document Solutions LLC (BBDS) provided to you are subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). BBDS reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Through its network of Web properties, BBDS provides you with access to a variety of resources, including download areas, communication forums and product information (collectively “Services”). ïRestrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.
ïViolate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service.
ïHarvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses.
ïViolate any applicable laws or regulations.
ïCreate a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.
ïUse, download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity any directory of users of the Services or other user or usage information or any portion thereof.

BBDS has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, BBDS reserves the right to review materials posted to the Communication Services and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. BBDS reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

BBDS reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as BBDS deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in BBDS’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifiable information about yourself or your children in any Communication Services. BBDS does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Services and, therefore, BBDS specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Services. Managers and hosts are not authorized BBDS spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of BBDS.
